Welcome to PortKeys (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) and its related services. To protect your rights and regulate the behavior of both parties, please read and fully understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) carefully before use. By checking “Agree” or starting to use the App, you confirm that you accept all terms of this Agreement.
Service Scope: The App provides services including but not limited to online display and sale of camera monitors and accessories, order management and logistics tracking, customer service and after-sales support, product information, and technical support.
Account Registration: Before using the App, users must complete registration as prompted and provide true, accurate, and complete personal or company information. Any changes must be updated in a timely manner.
Account Security: Users must properly safeguard usernames, passwords, and other credentials. The Company is not responsible for account theft or risks caused by the user, but will assist in reasonable investigations.
Account Management: Users may view and modify personal information through account settings. Certain registration information may be restricted from modification for legal or security reasons.
Product Information: Product images, prices, and descriptions are for reference only; actual goods and order confirmation take precedence. While we strive for accuracy, discrepancies may occur due to system or human errors.
Order Formation: A contract is formed once the user successfully places an order and completes payment. If payment fails or stock is insufficient, the order will not be established or the user will be notified separately.
Price and Taxes: Product prices include statutory taxes or are otherwise indicated; shipping fees are calculated separately. Promotional prices are determined by the promotion page, and the Company reserves the final right of interpretation.
The App supports third-party payment methods including Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay. Payment services are provided by the respective platforms, and transaction security and settlement follow their rules.
All payments use industry-standard encryption. If payment exceptions occur due to the platform, users may contact the platform or customer service.
Delivery Scope: Delivery areas are shown on the checkout page or as verified by the user’s address.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery: 3–7 business days; remote areas may take longer. Actual delivery is subject to logistics information.
Shipping Fees: Free shipping thresholds and calculation methods are specified on the checkout page.
Return Conditions: Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused, with intact packaging and proof of purchase (unless otherwise specified by law).
Non-returnable Items: Custom products, opened personal hygiene items, digital activation products, and clearance items are not eligible for return (unless required by law).
Exchanges: Products with quality issues may be exchanged within 15 days, subject to Company rules and verification.
All content in the App—including text, images, trademarks, interface designs, and program code—is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, distributing, or commercial use is prohibited.
Details on how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information are in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect.
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure or third-party services (network, payments, logistics).
Users bear responsibility for consequences arising from violations of this Agreement. The Company compensates only for direct losses attributable to the Company under reasonable care (unless otherwise required by law).
Users shall not use the App to:
• Publish or disseminate illegal, false, obscene, infringing, or harmful content.
• Access or use others’ account information without authorization.
• Disrupt normal operations, spread viruses, or launch attacks.
• Infringe intellectual property or legal rights of others.
The Company may modify this Agreement as needed. Updates will be announced in the App or other prominent locations.
If you disagree with modifications, stop using the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Agreement Effectiveness: This Agreement takes effect when you complete registration in the App and check “Agree.”
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Company and the User, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
Important Notice: Please read and understand this Agreement carefully before registering. If you do not agree with any provision, stop using the App immediately. Continued use constitutes full acceptance of all terms.
