Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for P-Coin. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Shenzhen Menyaoshi Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates (“Menyaoshi” or “We”). These Terms govern the use of P-Coin and set forth the rights and obligations of both parties. Your use of the official online store, including P-Coin, is also subject to the Website Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules, all of which are incorporated into these Terms.
Agreement Changes
We may modify these Terms, the Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and any aspect of P-Coin at any time at our discretion without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on our official website. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Your continued use of P-Coin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Termination by Us
If you violate these Terms or any applicable law, engage in fraud, misuse P-Coin, or act in a manner harmful to our interests or to other users, we may clear the P-Coin balance in your account at our sole discretion without compensation. Our decision not to immediately enforce our rights does not constitute a waiver.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of P-Coin remaining in your account. This limitation shall survive the expiration, cancellation, or termination of your P-Coin.

Earn 1% Cashback in P-Coin
What is P-Coin?
P-Coin is a virtual currency that can be used to pay for eligible purchases on our official online store. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on any other platforms. After logging in, users may check their P-Coin balance under “My Account.” P-Coin is issued in the same currency as used in payment.
How to Earn P-Coin
You can earn P-Coin by placing orders on the official online store or participating in eligible promotional programs.
A 1% reward in P-Coin will be issued 15 days after the delivery is confirmed, provided that no refund request has been made during this period.
Use With Coupons or P-Coin
If an order is partially paid using coupons or P-Coin, the cashback amount is calculated based on the actual amount paid. Example: A $200 order paid with a $50 coupon will earn 1% of $150, resulting in $1.50 in P-Coin.
Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled or refunded, any P-Coin earned from that order will become invalid and may be automatically deducted. Fraudulent orders will lead to the removal of all related P-Coin.
When P-Coin Becomes Usable
P-Coin becomes available approximately 15 days after delivery, during which no refund must occur.
Usage Limit
There is no maximum or minimum amount required when applying P-Coin at checkout. It can be used to purchase any product on our online store except for shipping costs.
Cross-Region Use
P-Coin may be used in all supported regions except for mainland China.
Refunding P-Coin
If an order paid with P-Coin is canceled, the P-Coin will be refunded only after the cancellation is fully processed. For assistance, contact support@pks.com.
Expiration
Issued P-Coin does not expire. For more details, please refer to our official store.

P-Coin Notes
P-Coin is only issued for personal purchases, not for organizational procurement intended for resale or profit. Menyaoshi may cancel orders and revoke P-Coin under circumstances including but not limited to:
Purchases exceeding the permitted quantity using the same account.
Orders sharing the same payment account, shipping address, IP address, or phone number that reasonably indicate the same purchaser exceeding purchase limits.
Any improper, abnormal, or illegal means of acquiring P-Coin.
Menyaoshi reserves the right of final interpretation of all P-Coin rules, terms, and conditions.
