Welcome to the PortKeys app (hereinafter referred to as the "App," "we," or "us") . We respect and protect the personal information rights of all users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as your rights.

I. Scope of Application and Principles

This Policy applies to all mobile application products and services developed, maintained, and provided by PortKeys (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). We will collect and process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law, and other laws and regulations, as well as the principle of minimum necessary.

II. How we collect and use personal information

We only collect personal information to the extent necessary to provide you with services. Common scenarios include:

1. Account Registration and Login

To complete account registration or login, we may collect: mobile phone number, SMS verification code, account password; if you use third-party authorization to log in (such as WeChat, Apple ID), we may obtain basic information such as your authorized avatar and nickname.

2. Product browsing and search

In order to display and recommend products to you, we may collect browsing history, search keywords, favorites and attention information, device identification and other behavioral data for optimizing recommendations.

3. Transactions and Payments

To complete transactions and issue invoices, we may collect order information (items, amount, etc.), delivery information (contact name, address, phone number), and payment information necessary for the payment process (such as bank account name, bank card number, etc.).

4. Customer Service and After-Sales

When you contact customer service or apply for after-sales service, we may collect account information, order information, contact information, call/chat history, pictures or credentials you upload, etc., in order to provide you with support and problem solving.

5. Security and Risk Control

To ensure account and transaction security, we may collect device information (device model, operating system, unique device identifier), application information, IP address, login logs, etc.; and, where necessary, facial information for real-name authentication. Facial information is sensitive personal information and will only be used for identity verification purposes and not for other purposes. We will only collect this information with your separate consent.

6. Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and Tracking Notice

To provide optimized advertising, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve our services, the App may request permission to access the device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) on iOS devices. This information may be used for attribution and personalized advertising purposes when you have granted permission.


We will not use the IDFA or similar identifiers for cross-app tracking unless you give your explicit consent through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

You can change your permission settings at any time by navigating to:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.


If you do not grant permission, you may still use the App normally, but the advertising and recommendations may be less relevant.


III. Cookies and Similar Technologies

To improve service quality and user experience, this app may use technologies such as cookies and local storage to save login status, record preferences, and provide personalized content. You can manage or delete cookies through your device or browser settings, but this may affect the use of some functions.

The following table lists the permissions this app may request, their purpose, and whether they are necessary. The above permissions will not be enabled without your authorization. You can manage or disable the corresponding permissions at any time in the device system settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances:

Third-Party SDK and Analytics Services

To support certain functionalities of the App, we may integrate third-party service providers, including analytics and advertising partners. These third parties may process certain information such as device identifiers, usage data, and interaction data strictly for the purposes of analytics, attribution, security, and performance improvement, and only to the extent required to provide their services.

All third-party partners are required to comply with strict confidentiality and data protection obligations and are prohibited from using personal information for unauthorized purposes.

VI. Storage and Security Protection

We store and process personal information generated within China and will not transfer it outside of China unless otherwise required by law. We retain information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed and employ technical and management measures such as encryption, access control, and security audits to protect data security.

If a personal information security incident occurs, we will immediately activate the emergency plan and promptly notify affected users and competent authorities in accordance with laws and regulations.


In order to ensure the security of your account and provide you with better quality services, we will automatically collect the following information generated during your use of PortKeys services as network logs:

In order to ensure the safe operation, quality and efficiency of software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as AndroidID, OAID, iOS such as IDFV; Different identifiers may vary in terms of validity period, user reset ability, and acquisition method, IP address, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, and device sensor data (such as acceleration sensors and gyroscope sensors).


In order to prevent malicious programs, ensure operational quality and efficiency, we may collect information on running processes, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data. In order to assess account and transaction security, conduct identity verification, identify illegal and irregular situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law, we may use your account information, device information, and service log information.


In order to analyze statistical indicators such as application addition, activation, retention, and performance, we may call the clipboard to perform attribution analysis on relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that during the statistical process, we will not upload any of your private information to our servers.


We may use the above network log information to track the usage of PortKeys, troubleshoot issues, and conduct operational analysis, improvement, and optimization of product interaction experience through data statistics.


We may use de-identified or aggregated data for analytics, advertising performance evaluation, product improvement, and operational optimization. Such data does not directly identify any individual user.

This service is primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), please use the service in the presence of a guardian and with their consent. If we collect personal information from a minor without verifiable guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible after verification.

IX. Privacy Policy Updates

We may modify this Policy from time to time based on business or legal changes. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the App or elsewhere prominently. For significant changes, we will obtain your consent or explain how we will handle them to the extent permitted by law.

This Policy is designed to comply with the privacy protection requirements under applicable local laws as well as Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines regarding data tracking and user privacy.
